Background

This was my Graduation Project at the National Institute of Design (NID), sponsored by Whatfix. Over the course of several months, I worked with real teams inside Whatfix to solve a real product challenge enhancing the content creation experience for their delivery ecosystem.

🚩 Problem Statement

Instructional designers struggled with fragmented tools, inconsistent content quality, and lack of visibility into flow issues. Content often broke post-deployment, was hard to test, and required hand-holding by Whatfix’s support team. This not only slowed down the go-live process but made the platform intimidating for less technical creators especially in Bharat (India’s vernacular user base).
